Its first conductors were the composer Ricardo Villa and the maestro Pablo Soroz\u00e1bal. With a wide repertoire, its concerts have included pieces by composers such as Espl\u00e1, Ravel, Wagner, Falla, Chap\u00ed and Alb\u00e9niz.<\/p>\n<p>The Madrid Municipal Symphonic Band usually performs two sets of concerts at the Teatro Monumental theatre (in autumn and winter), and one in the Retiro Park bandstand (spring-summer season), as well as other extraordinary performances.
