He began his musical career in the band of musicians from his\u00a0town Risaralda Caldas and with the Orquesta Los Katiwa De Colombia.\u00a0Later, he joined the Instituto Universitario De Caldas Student Music Band\u00a0and the Manizales Symphony Batuta Caldas, where he had a good\u00a0performance resulting in an invitation to play with the Sinf\u00f3nica Juvenil De\u00a0La Habana (Cuba). At the end of his studies, one of the most recognized\u00a0orchestras in the country in classical music joined the Sinf\u00f3nica Del Valle.\u00a0After spending a 2-year stage, he begins to savor new musical rhythms such\u00a0as Salsa, where he enters one of the best musical institutions in the world\u00a0such as the Majestic Grupo Niche, where he has spent a long time and at the\u00a0same time serves as a springboard to be in a number of groups such as the\u00a0Orquesta Guayac\u00e1n, Son de Cali, Alberto Barros y Su Tributo A La Salsa\u00a0Colombiana, La Misma Gente, Grupo Bah\u00eda and in the accompanying\u00a0International Orchestra in Colombia by Tito Nieves, Cheo Feliciano, Maelo\u00a0Ruiz, Jerry Rivera , Cano Estremera, Luisito Carri\u00f3n, Ismael Miranda, Richie\u00a0Ray and Bobby Cruz, Tito Rojas, Yury Buenaventura, k-Libre, Wilfrido\u00a0Vargas, Kinito Mendez, In Orquesta Local Cartagenera Bahia Azul, Los\u00a0In\u00e9ditos, Cartagena Caribe Big Band Orquesta Barbacoa, Television\u00a0Gilberto Santa Rosa, Juan Luis Guerra, Wilfrido Vargas, special guest as\u00a0Soloist with the Bogot\u00e1 Philharmonic Orchestra at the Cartagena classical\u00a0music festival. After a career full of successes both nationally and\u00a0internationally, he has his own company \u00a8Nelson G\u00f3mez Music\u00a8, having\u00a0formats for Weddings and Events such as: Soloists, Duos, Trios, Son Cubano,\u00a0Jazz Group, Orchestras and a Show in the City of Cartagena de Indias called\u00a0\u201eThe Trumpet Show\u201c where 40 artists on stage enter to merge Music,\u00a0Circus and Dance. With all these Experiences, his journey and his musical\u00a0trajectory, he became one of the Best Trumpeters in Colombia and Latin\u00a0America.
